Les Deux Alpes | 2 Alpes | skiing

Ski and snowboard at 2Alps - Les Deux Alpes ski resort is open for most of the year. Piste skiing is available over the summer from mid-June to the end of August, normally at the end of October for a few weeks and then the winter season starts again from the beginning of December until late April. 

The glacier above resort has an altitude of 3,600m which means that there is generally a good snow covering even in the worst winters for snow cover. There is also plenty of off-piste choice especially over the glacier to La Grave for extreme skiing on unmarked ungroomed slopes if that is more to your taste.
