This year the 27th edition of l’etape du tour stage will be the 10th stage route of the 105th Tour de France covering 169km. Starting in the beautiful town of Annecy (455m altitude) the first ascent is over Col de la Croix Fry (1,477m altitude), descending 677m to Entremont before ascending 7km at an average gradient of 11% over the Plateau des Glières (1,390m altitude). The route descends down to Bonneville before climbing over Col de Romme (1,297m altitude) descending again over Col de la Colombière (1,618m altitude) before a well deserved descending finish in to Le Grand-Bornand (943m altitude)

This cyclosportive is held on entirely closed routes to traffic trying to achieve the same riding conditions as the tour itself.
